Basic Research, Aplied Research, Innovation
The goal of this undergraduate research is to study the characteristics and main patterns of the flow of knowledge generated from basic research, to applied, and then towards the innovation. For this, you will use as a case study in the UC that has more than 600 patents accumulated. Specifically, we will work with the Direction of Transfer and Development - DTD UC (http://transferenciaydesarrollo.uc.cl/es), the entity that maintains the database with all the information of the patent of invention of the UC as well as the R & D projects and technology transfer.
