SimSpread Web Server

SimSpread is a novel computational method to predict protein–ligand interaction that combines network-based inference with chemical similarity, useful for predicting drug targets, virtual screening, and drug repositioning. https://doi.org/10.3390/ijms23179666
The objective of this project proposal is the development of a web application to enable world-wide access to SimSpread to the international research community.
Tasks:
• Propose an architecture to receive and run jobs on two different servers.
• Implement job queuing to handle multiple incoming jobs.
• Implement user interface to select between multiple models and parameters.
Candidates should have good programming skills.
