Analysis of biological network connecting the cell/environment interfaces using Cytoscape
The students will use Cytoskape to perform data mining over PubMed, GeneOtology, and other biological repositories of proteins and genes to build a network of biological (signaling and regulatory pathways) and mechanical (mediated by the cytoskeleton) interactions between Focal Adhesions and Adherens Junctions.
