Workforce sustainability in the construction sector
We invite students interested in analyzing human factors in construction, with an emphasis on job retention, lifelong learning, and minority inclusion. This research seeks to identify strategies to foster a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable work environment in the sector. The results may contribute to the development of policies and practices that promote a more equitable and efficient workforce.
